How to add recipients for administrative email notifications

  1. Are you ready?

In this tutorial, we are going to learn how to manage the recipients for administrative notifications within the system. Email addresses of the recipients that receive notifications have to be separated with a comma (,) sign without spaces.

We can set the following emails:
From (General) - email address that is used in "From" field by internal mailer service to send out system notifications (errors, new user accounts, etc).
From (Emergency) - email address that is used in 'From' field by internal mailer service to send out system notifications (errors, new user accounts, etc) in case of emergency situations.
From (Admins) - emails addresses that are used to receive all system level notifications - system errors and exceptions that occur within the system.
From (Managers) - emails addresses that are used to receive notifications associated with remittance, batches, etc. addressed to the operations department.
From (Auditors) - emails addresses that are used to receive system audit notifications.

We will use the following parameter as an example (this value is used for training purposes within this tutorial only):
    From email: gateway@email.com
    Emergency email: gatewayemergency@email.com
    Admin's email: admin1@email.com
    Managers' emails: manager1@email.com,manager2@email.com
    Auditor's email: auditor1@email.com
