Adding a payment on the invoice

  1. Are you ready?

    In this tutorial we are going to learn how to add an invoice and process it.

    We will use the following parameters:
    Customer's Name: John Smith

    Document: invoice
    Amount: 4999

    Document: payment
    Amount: 4999
    Name On Account: John Smith
    CSC: 111

  2. Log in to the system using your Username and Password.

    Note: To learn how to log in and select perspectives, use the prerequisite tutorial Logging in and navigating the application.
  3. Locate sidebar menu on the new Console.
  4. Select Customers menu item.
  5. Locate     John Smith in the list of customers on Customer Summary form.
    Note: you can add and apply filters to search customers by one or combination of the following parameters: first name, last name, organization, email, phone, balance, status.

  6. Click Settings button.
  7. Locate Billing Activity Summary form.
  8. Select Add Invoice button.
  9. Enter 4999 into the Amounttextbox.
  10. Enter notes into the Note textbox.
  11. Click   Savebutton .
  12. Click Add Payment button.
  13. Enter 4999 into the Amounttextbox.
  14. Locate     John Smith in the list of customers on Customer Summary form.
    Note: you can add and apply filters to search customers by one or combination of the following parameters: first name, last name, organization, email, phone, balance, status.

  15. Enter 111 into the into the CSC textbox for Payment Options is John Smith (Visa****1111).
  16. Enter notes into the Note textbox.
  17. Click   Savebutton .
  18. New Payment screenshot for the card.
  19. Congratulations, you are done!
